Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42.17.6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, and in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL's 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment to the "RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XVII - Maps" is to amend fish trap maps stemming from collaborative advisory panel recommendations. Supercedes Erlid # 1854
